Activities Subtask
Use this subtask to enter and view activities related to the contract.
You can use this subtask to schedule and manage milestones, meetings/touchpoints, phone calls, and other tasks related to the contract. Click New to add an activity.
Activity
Field | Description |

Activity ID | Enter an activity ID. This field allows duplicate entries and is not required upon saving the record. |
Subject | Enter, or click to select, an activity subject (for example, client visit, initial meeting, or post award debriefing). Valid values are only those that exist on the Manage Activity Subject screen. Codes that display in the lookup have the Show in Lookup check box selected in Manage Activity Subject. Only codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records in Manage Contracts. |
Location | Enter the location for the activity. |
Method | Enter, or click to select, an activity method (for example, email, meeting, phone call, or task). Valid values are only those that exist on the Manage Activity Methods screen. Codes that display in the lookup have the Show in Lookup check box selected in Manage Activity Methods. Only codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records in Manage Contracts. |
Activity Date | Enter, or click to select, the activity date. |
Completed | Select this check box if the activity has been completed. Once you mark this activity as completed and save the record, you will no longer be able to delete or modify the activity. |
Primary Contacts
Field | Description |

Activity Owner |
Enter, or click to select, the employee who is responsible for the activity. By default, only employees with a status of Active are displayed in the lookup, but you can manually enter employees with a status other than Active. You can also use the Status query condition option on the Query tab of the Query dialog box of this field to search for employees with other statuses. |
Customer | Enter, or click to select, the customer associated with the activity. Only active customers are allowed in this field. The unlabeled field to the right displays the customer name. |
Primary Contact | Enter, or click to select, the primary customer contact associated with the activity. |
Business # | Enter, or click to select, the primary customer contact's business number. |
Other Attendees | Use these fields to specify the people who are assigned to the activity. |
Activity Notes
Use this text box to enter relevant notes about the activity.
