Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Additional Task Orders Subtask

Use this subtask to view additional task orders associated with the contract.

Costpoint automatically loads the task orders associated with the prime contract number linked to the contract. The prime contract number must also be assigned to the project using the Prime Contract No field on the Details tab of the Manage Project User Flow screen. You cannot add, edit, or delete task orders in the table window. Note that rows with blank task orders are not displayed on the subtask.

Table Window

Field Description
Contract ID This field displays the contract ID.
Task Order No This field displays the task order number.
Primary Customer This field displays the primary customer associated with the task order.
Contract Status This field displays the contract status.
Project This field displays the project associated with the task order linked to the contract's prime contract number.
Record Status This field displays the task order record status.
