Project Budget Resources Subtask
Use this subtask to view project budget resources from Costpoint Planning.
This subtask displays only if you are licensed for Costpoint Planning and you select the Use Planning check box on the main screen.
Resources display on the subtask if any Planning project budget (with resources) is linked to the contract. The linking occurs when you:
- Associate a project with the contract (either by initiating a project in Manage Contracts or entering a CTM Contract ID value for the project on the Manage Project User Flow screen), and then
- Create budgets for that project on the Project Budgets / EACs screen.
The resources added to the project budgets in Project Budgets / EACs display on the Project Budget Resources subtask only if the associated project budget has the following settings in Project Budgets / EACs:
- Source Type is BUD.
- Final Version check box is selected.
- Status is not equal to Working.

| Project Budget ID | This field displays the project budget ID linked to the contract. If a parent project budget is displayed, you can click the expand (+) icon to drill though the child project budgets. |
| Project Budget | This field is the project budget ID displayed as a hyperlink. Click this link to open the Project Budgets / EACs screen and view more information about the project budget. |
| Resource Type | This field displays the resource type. |
| Resource ID | This field displays the resource ID. |
| Resource Name | This field displays the resource name. |
