Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contracts Subtask

Use this subtask to view the contracts associated with the lead/contact.

Contract associations are established based on the entries on the Business Affiliations subtask for the lead/contact and whether any of the specific affiliations (customer ID, address code, and contact ID combinations) exist on the Customers/Contacts tab of the Manage Contracts screen.

All fields on this subtask are read-only. Associated contracts display only when you save the lead/contact record.

Note:

Associated contracts from companies other than the one you are logged into are also displayed on this subtask. However, contract and customer data are not displayed as hyperlinks.

This subtask does not display contract associations from companies you do not have access rights to, even if the customer ID, address code, and/or contact ID on the Business Affiliations subtask match entries on the Manage Contracts screen.

Field Description
Contract ID This field displays the contract ID associated with the lead/contact. This field displays as a hyperlink that you can use to open the Manage Contracts screen and access additional information about the contract.
Contract Name This field displays the contract name. This field displays as a hyperlink that you can use to open the Manage Contracts screen and access additional information about the contract.
Company ID This field displays the company ID associated with the contract.
Customer ID This field displays the customer ID associated with the contract. This field displays as a hyperlink that you can use to open the Manage Customers screen and access additional information about the customer.
Customer Name This field displays the customer name. This field displays as a hyperlink that you can use to open the Manage Customers screen and access additional information about the customer.
Contract Status This field displays the status of the contract.
Contact Type This field displays the contact type.
Contact First Name This field displays the first name of the contact associated with the contract.
Contact Last Name This field displays the last name of the contact associated with the contract.
Start Date This field displays the start date of the contract.
End Date This field displays the end date of the contract.
