Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Projects Linked Subtask

Use this subtask to view information about the projects linked to the opportunity.

When you win the bid for the opportunity and the contract has been awarded to you, you can use the Project Initialization subtask on the Manage Opportunities screen to create projects and link these projects to the opportunity. These projects then display on the Projects Linked subtask.

All fields are read-only, but you can do the following on this subtask:

  • Click the project link to open the Manage Project User Flow screen and access additional information about the project.
  • Limit the projects that display on the table window through the expand and collapse options.
  • Preview or print the Project Status Report, Project Labor Summary Report, and/or Project Non-Labor Detail Report for the selected project. See the View or Print Project Reports topic for more information.

Table Window

Field Description
Expand All

Click this button to expand table information and display both parent and lower-level projects linked to the opportunity.

Note: You can display lower-level projects for just one project by clicking the expand button (plus sign) beside the project ID.
Collapse All

Click this button to collapse table information and display only the parent projects linked to the opportunity.

Note: In expanded view, you can display the parent project for just one project group by clicking the collapse button (minus sign) beside the parent project ID.
Project This field displays the project ID linked to the opportunity.
Project Link This is the project ID displayed as a hyperlink. Click this link to display the Manage Project User Flow and view more information about the project.
Project Name This field displays the project name.
Project Manager This field displays the project manager assigned to the project.
Project Classification This field displays the project classification.
Project Type This field displays the project type.
Total Contract Value This field displays the total contract value for the project.
Total Funded Value This field displays the total funded value for the project.
Total Contract Opportunity Value This field displays the total contract value for the opportunity.
Total Funded Opportunity Value This field displays the total funded value for the opportunity.
Contract ID This field displays the contract ID linked to the opportunity.
