Welcome to the Budgeting and Planning help. Content in the Help system is organized as follows:
Getting Started Guides - This area is useful for new users and provides information on a wide range of topics, including interface navigation, search functionality, and report creation, and for system administrators, instructions for configuring system and user management settings. The Getting Started guides are also available in print format on the Deltek Customer Care Connect site.
Training Guides - This area provides information similar to that offered in Budgeting & Planning training classes. The guides here are organized primarily by key knowledge areas and also provide numerous step-by-step procedures for common tasks.
Budgeting and Planning screens - This area is organized according to the Budgeting & Planning context areas and menu structures. These topics provide high-level overviews of screen functionality and are the same ones that display when you click the Help button on a Budgeting & Planning screen. Each topic includes links to related information in the other sections of the Help system.
Budgeting and Planning Report List - This area provides a comprehensive list of all report types available under all contexts and modules within Budgeting & Planning.
To report errors or suggest improvements, log on to Deltek Customer Care Connect and click the Submit Case tab. If your system administrator has configured Budgeting & Planning for Hosted Help, you will have access to the latest versions of the help files on an ongoing basis.
