Contents of the Manage Microframe WBS Mappings Screen
Use these fields and options to configure the Manage Microframe WBS Mappings screen.
Selection Ranges
Field | Description |

Range Option |
Use this drop-down list to select the range of source IDs to be included in this mapping screen. Valid options are:
The default for this field is All. |
From |
Enter, or click to select, the starting source ID for the range you want to include in the transfer. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field is inactive. |
To |
Enter, or click to select, the ending source ID for the range you want to include in the transfer. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field is inactive. |
Set WBS to Project |
Select this check box to populate the Work Breakdown Structure column with the same values that are in the Project column. |
Load Projects |
Click this button to automatically load the mapping table. If the mapping table is empty, the Project and Project Name columns are populated based on the selected range of projects. If the table already has mapped rows in it, these rows are displayed along with the unmapped rows sorted by Project. |
Table Window
Field | Description |

Project |
Enter the Costpoint project ID to be mapped. You can click to select a valid project ID. |
Project Name |
This column is automatically loaded with the name associated with the selected Project from Costpoint. |
Work Breakdown Structure |
Enter the WBS ID from MPM that corresponds to the selected Costpoint project ID. Note: Items entered in the
Work Breakdown Structure column are limited to 20 characters, the maximum character length acceptable for MPM.

Screen Error Messages
- Project ID does not exist.
- The project entered does not exist in the Project table. Use Lookup to see a list of valid project IDs.
- This Project ID is already mapped to another WBS ID.
- The project ID selected has a current mapping to a WBS ID. To change a mapping, use the Load Projects pushbutton to load the project into the mapping screen. You can change the Work Breakdown Structure column and save your changes to the mapping table.
- This WBS ID is already mapped to another Project ID.
- The WBS ID selected has a current mapping to a Costpoint project ID. This mapping screen will only allow one-to-one relationship mappings for projects.
