  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Currency Line Info Subtask

After selecting an invoice, use this non-editable subtask to view billing costs in both your company's functional currency and the billing currency.

Use this subtask at any time to view any selected invoice line amount.

Exchange Rates

This group box displays the exchange rate that was used in the calculation.

Billing to Functional

This field displays the rate used for the billing line amounts shown.

Line

This non-editable field displays the line number from the main screen.

Line Amounts

Use this group box to view information for both the billing currency and your company's functional currency.

Currency

This non-editable field displays the billing currency and the functional currency.

Quantity

This non-editable field displays the quantity from the main screen.

Unit Price

This non-editable field displays the unit price from the main screen.

Unit Price Amount

This non-editable field displays the unit price amount from the main screen.

Discount Amount

This non-editable field displays the discount amount from the main screen.

Tax Amount

This non-editable field displays the discount amount from the main screen.

Invoice Line Total

This non-editable field displays the invoice line total from the main screen.
