Contents of the Budget/EACs Status Screen
Use this screen to review the status of budgets and EACs that have been created at various levels of a project.
The report on this screen displays the final versions of top-level budget/EAC statuses for all projects. You can filter the report by Project Manager, Contract Type, End Date, Report Type, and Budget Type.

EAC displays in the drop-down list only if an EAC exists for the project.

| Report Type | Select the type of report you want to display. Choose from the following options:

| View | Select Combined in this section to display combined lower-level project details. This option displays a combined report that allows better data viewing and exporting to Excel. |
| Details | Use options in this section to filter on top-level projects. Choose from the following options:

| Projects | The report displays only active projects by default. Select the Include Inactive checkbox to include all projects regardless of status. |
| Project | Use fields in this section to filter report results by project manager or contract type.

| Smart Summary | Click this button to view budget predictions to evaluate if the project's EACs are current or need updating based on data analysis. The report incorporates Generative AI and includes details such as the following:
Many other helpful details are included beyond those listed above, and in addition, the summary also provides predictions and recommendations for each budget or EAC. The report conveniently includes the Ask Dela feature so that you can further query the results. |
Subtasks
Click
on the toolbar to populate the Budget/EAC Details table. The table will populate even if you did not select any report filter like Project Manager, Contract Type or End Date.
The table below describes the columns that display for all levels of detail, including for the Drilldown subtask.

| Project | This column displays the Project ID. |
| Bud/EAC | This column displays the budget type if Budget or EAC. |
| Version | This column displays the version number and version code of a project budget/EAC. |
| Project Title | This column displays the title of the project. |
| Project Manager | This column displays the name of the Project Manager. |
| Contract Type | This column displays the contract type. |
| Status | This column displays the status example: No Budget. |
| Modifier | This column displays the name of the user who did the most recent change. |
| Last Modified | This column displays the date of the most recent change. |
| Approver | This column displays the name of the approver. |
| Approved | This column displays the approval date. |
| Contract Start | This column displays the contract start date. |
| Contract End | This column displays the contract end date. |
| Periods Remaining | This column displays the remaining number periods. |
| Funding | This column displays the Funding amount. |
| Unplanned | This column displays the Unplanned amount. |
| Planned | This column displays the Planned amount. |
