Use this tab to select the parameters for your Print Project Budget Summary Report.

Selection Ranges

Projects

Use the fields in this group box to limit the projects that are included on the report.

Field Description
Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of projects to be included in the report. Valid options are:

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the beginning project of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending project of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All, One, or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive.

Include Level ____ and below

Identify the highest project level that you want printed on the report. Balances are rolled up to this project level.

The larger the number entered here, the greater the level of detail included in the report; to show all levels of detail, enter zero.

Organizations

Use the fields in this group box to limit which organizations are included on the report.

Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of organizations to be included in the report. Valid options are:

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the beginning organization of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending organization of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All, One, or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive.

Include Level ____ and below

Enter the organization level of detail you want to include in the report. The larger the number entered here, the greater the level of detail included in the report; to show all levels of detail, enter zero.

Accounts

Use the fields in this group box to limit which accounts are included on the report.

Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of accounts to be included in the report. Valid options are:

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the beginning account of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending account of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All, One, or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive.

Include Level ____ and below

Enter the account level of detail you want to include in the report. The larger the number entered here, the greater the level of detail included in the report; to show all levels of detail, enter zero.

Reference Numbers

Use the fields in this group box to limit which reference numbers are included on the report.

Field Description
Range

Use this drop-down list to select the range of reference numbers to be included in the report. Valid options are:

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the beginning reference number of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending reference number of the range you want to include in the report. If you select All, One, or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive.

Include Level ____ and below

Enter the reference number level of detail you want to include in the report. The larger the number entered here, the greater the level of detail included in the report; to show all levels of detail, enter zero.

Accounting Periods

This group box is available only if you selected the Period option in the Budget View group box.

Field Description
Start Fiscal Year

Select the first year to be included in this report.

Start Period

Select the first fiscal period to be included in this report.

End Fiscal Year

Select the last year to be included in this report.

End Period

Select the last fiscal period to be included in this report.

Sort by

Use the options in this group box to select data to be printed on the report and the order in which it is sorted.

Field Description
1st sort

Use this drop-down list to select the primary sort for this report. Selections are:

  • Organization
  • Account
  • Reference No.
2nd sort

Use this drop-down list to select the secondary sort for this report. Selections are:

  • Organization
  • Account
  • Reference No.
3rd sort

Use this drop-down list to select the third sort for this report. Selections are:

  • Organization
  • Account
  • Reference No.

This drop-down list is not available unless you also selected the Period option in the Budget View group box.

Budget View

Use the options in this group box to select the method you wish to use to view the budget.

Field Description
Total

Select this option to print only the totals for the selected project budget.

Period

Select this option to print the amounts, by period, for the selected project budget.

Budget Type

Use the options in this group box to select a baseline or workplan budget.

Field Description
Baseline

Select this check box to include the baseline budget for the selected budget.

Workplan

Select this check box to include the workplan budget for the selected budget.
