Certification Details Subtask

Use this subtask to enter and track certifications attained by vendor employees.

For vendor employees of a prospective vendor, you can enter, edit, and/or delete certification details on this subtask. For vendor employees of a regular vendor, you can view certification details but you cannot update or delete them.

Upon the approval of a prospective vendor on the Approve Prospective Vendors screen, Costpoint moves the certification detail records for any related vendor employees from the CT_SUBC_CERTIFICATIONS table to the SUBC_CERTIFICATIONS table.

Multiple certifications can be linked to a vendor employee of a prospective vendor. Click New to add a new line and certification for the vendor employee.

Field Description
Certification Enter the certification attained by the vendor employee.
Professional Organization If the certification was given by a professional organization, enter, or click to select, the organization. Professional organizations are established on the Manage Professional Organizations screen.
Professional Organization Description This field displays the description assigned to the specified professional organization.
State/Province

If the certification is specific to a particular state or province, enter, or click to select, the state/province.

License Number If applicable, enter the license number given for the certification.
Years If applicable, enter the number of years the certification is active.
Expiration Date If applicable, enter, or click to select, the date on which the certification expires.
Last Renewal Date If applicable, enter, or click to select, the date on which the certification was last renewed.
