NDA Subtask
Use this subtask whenever you need to browse for, add, or launch non-disclosure agreement (NDA) documents from a network location, and associate them to vendors.
You can also use this subtask to add pertinent notes about the NDA.
A non-disclosure agreement may be required by some prime contractors when working with a vendor on a project. This agreement is signed by the vendor, declaring that they will not share information about the project with anyone else.
The fields on this subtask are enabled and editable for both vendors and prospective vendors.

This is the alternate file location where the NDA document is stored, and from where it will be retrieved. The location can be a network location or a content management location such as SharePoint. |

This is the file name of the actual NDA document that is stored in the alternate file location. |

Click this button to download the NDA document. When you click this button, a prompt that asks if you want to open or save the document displays. |
