Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Jobs for Export Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Jobs for Export screen.

Talent Management Jobs

When you first run this application, the table is populated with all detail job titles set up in the DETL_JOB_TITLE table.

Field Description
Job Code

This field displays the detail job title code.

Description

This field displays the detail job title description.

Export to Deltek Talent Management

Select this check box to include this detail job title when you export detail job titles to Deltek Talent Management through the Transfer Talent Management Data process.

Mass Update Job

Use the mass update buttons to select or clear the export check boxes of multiple detail job titles. To select multiple detail job titles, hold down the CTRL key, and then, on the table, click each detail job title/row that you want to update.

Export to Deltek Talent Management

Field Description
Check

Select the detail job titles that you want to export to Deltek Talent Management, and then click this button to select the Export to Deltek Talent Management check boxes for those detail job titles.

Uncheck

Select the detail job titles that you do not want to export to Deltek Talent Management, and then click this button to clear the Export to Deltek Talent Management check boxes for those detail job titles.
