Opportunities
  • Creates and tracks opportunities.
  • Imports opportunity information from GovWin IQ.
  • Links opportunities to contracts.
  • Stores information on post-award debrief, loss reasons, and lessons learned.
  • Tracks organizational conflicts of interest (OCIs) and links them to opportunities, contracts, and/or projects.

Contracts
  • Creates, maintains, and monitors contracts and subcontracts.
  • Manages flow-down clauses between prime contractors and subcontractors. You can identify the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses/provisions that apply to the contracts and subcontracts.
  • Provides details on contract and funded values and inception-to-date amounts, and tracks percentage of subcontract value to total contract value.
  • Stores basic contract information as well as key contract details such as industry classification, non-disclosure agreements, security requirements, procurement regulations, and contract limitations.
  • Links contracts and subcontracts to opportunities and projects.
  • Streamlines project initialization process.
  • Sets up work force who will work on contracts and subcontracts.
  • Provides the ability to store and update contract and subcontract project modifications.
  • Enables users to rate suppliers and automatically computes supplier overall rating.
  • Tracks information about contract close-out, including details on completed close-out activities, date of completion, and who completed the activities.
  • Prints reports on contract and subcontract information.

  • Provides the ability to create, maintain, and approve prospective customers and vendors. Prospects can be associated with opportunities. Upon approval, customers and vendors can be associated with contracts, subcontracts, and projects.
