You must use Onboarding. Many details that Costpoint needs are completed during Onboarding. - Social Security Number
If you use Costpoint Human Resources (HR), the application requires the social security number of the new hire. - Org Structure
Data initialization will populate the Org Structure in Talent Management. - Users
You must perform edits to Employee data in Costpoint. - Custom Fields
