Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Affirmative Action Census Data screen.
Identification
Use the fields in this group box to establish a unique identification for your census codes.

Census Code |
Enter a unique code to identify this census source. |
Description |
Enter a description for this census code ID. |
Start Date |
Enter the start date for this census code. The date format is "MM/DD/YYYY." |
End Date |
Enter the end date for this census code. The date format is "MM/DD/YYYY." |
Source |
Enter text to specify the source of the census data. The Availability/Utilization Report uses this value. |

Census Job Title |
Enter the census job title, provided by the census source, that you want to link to a functional job title. |
Census Number |
Enter the census match number (or job number) provided by the census source that is associated with this census job title. |
Functional Job Title |
Enter, or click to select, the functional job title that you want linked to this census job title. Establish functional job title information under the Job Titles menu in Costpoint Compensation. If you click the Import Func Job Titles button, all functional job titles, descriptions, and assigned Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) codes default into the table window. |

The description of the selected functional job title displays in this field. |
EEO |
The EEO code of the selected functional job title displays in this field. |
Population |
Enter the population, provided by the census source or calculated for your labor area, that is associated with this census job title. |
Female Percentage |
Enter the female percentage, provided by the census source or calculated for your labor area, that is associated with this census job title. |
Minority Percentage |
Enter the minority percentage, provided by the census source or calculated for your labor area, that is associated with this census job title. This column should equal the sum of the next four columns for each census job title. |
Black Percentage |
Enter the Black percentage, provided by the census source or calculated for your labor area, that is associated with this census job title. |
Asian Percentage |
Enter the Asian percentage, provided by the census source or calculated for your labor area, that is associated with this census job title. |
Native Amer Percentage |
Enter the Native American percentage, provided by the census source or calculated for your labor area, that is associated with this census job title. |
Hispanic Percentage |
Enter the Hispanic percentage, provided by the census source or calculated for your labor area, that is associated with this census job title. |
Import Func Job Titles |
Click this button to import the available functional job titles into the table window. Functional Job Title information is established under the Job Titles menu in Costpoint Compensation. |
