Contents of the Manage Employee Exit Interviews Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Employee Exit Interviews screen.

Identification

Use this group box to identify the employee whose exit interview you want to review, the effective date of the interview, and the exit interview form that is used.

Field Description
Employee

Enter, or click to select, the ID for the employee whose record you want to review. The employee's name displays in the adjacent field.

Exit Interview Form

Enter, or click to select, the ID for the exit interview form. This field to the right displays the description of the exit interview form.

Effective Date

Enter the date of the exit interview, in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Personnel Action

These non-editable fields display the code and description of the personnel action associated with this exit interview. Establish personnel action codes on the Configure Personnel Actions screen.

Approval Section

Initials Required

The responsible persons can use this group box to sign off on the exit interview form. This group box can accommodate up to ten initials.

Enter your initials for approval if the form is being completed online.

Date

Enter the approval date.

Compensation & Benefits Click this link to open the  Section III — Compensation and Benefits subtask of the exit interview form, which includes compensation and benefits information.
Leave Click this link to open the Section IV — Leave subtask of the exit interview form, which includes employee leave information.
Amounts Owed Click this link to open the Section V — Amounts Owed subtask of the exit interview form, which includes information on amounts the employee owes to the company.
Comments Click this link to open the Section VI — Comments subtask of the exit interview form, which includes employer/employee comments.
