Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Company Issued Property screen.

Field | Description |

Employee |
Enter, or click to select, the employee ID in this required field. The employee's name displays in the field to the right. |
Item |
Enter, or click to select, the company property item you want to assign to this employee. You must first establish property items on the Manage Company Property screen. After you specify the item, the description of the item displays in the non-editable field to the right. |
Quantity |
Enter a maximum of three digits to identify the number of items issued to this employee. |
Issue Date |
Enter, or click to select, the date on which these items were issued to the employee in this required field. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. |
Return Date |
Enter, or click to select, the date on which the employee returned this item to the company. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. |
Warehouse |
Enter the warehouse in which this item is stored. |
Stock Number |
Enter the stock number of this item. |
Other |
Enter any additional notes about the property being issued. |
