Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Employee Photo File Locations Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Employee Photo File Locations screen.

Identification

Field Description
Employee

Enter, or click to select, the employee ID in this required field. The employee's name displays in the field to the right.

Photo File Name

Enter the complete path and filename where this photo is stored in the database. This is a required field. The file must have an extension associated with it.
