Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Internal Security Types Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Internal Security Types Screen.

Field Description
Internal Security Type

Click and enter up to 12 alphanumeric characters to specify a unique internal security type. Once established in this screen, the type can be linked to an Internal Security Code on the Manage Internal Security Codes screen. This value can be used to group your company's internal security codes by a higher level. If you prefer not to group your internal security codes, you may enter a code of ALL or some other value that can be assigned to all internal security codes. This is a required field.

Note: This application can be used to track federal security clearances, but it is recommended you instead use the Manage Security Clearance Settings screen for U.S. federal security clearance tracking.

Enter up to 100 characters to describe the internal security type. This is a required field.
