Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Field Description
First Name

This field displays the first name of the selected employee.

Last Name

This field displays the last name of the selected employee.

Employee ID

This field displays the code that uniquely identifies the employee.

Title

This field displays the title of the selected employee.

Home Org

This field displays the home organization assigned to the employee.

Subtasks

Subtask Description
Benefit Elections Summary Click this link to view the total benefits statement of the employee.
Total Compensation Summary Click this link to view the total compensation statement of the employee.
Estimated Leave Benefits (Not added to Total Comp Summary) Managers can use this subtask to view the leave types that are assigned to their employees along with the estimated accrued hours for the current leave year.
