| Field | Description |

| Code | Enter the defect code for the nonconformance associated with the company that the user is logged into. Duplicate codes are allowed in different companies but not within the same company if the Separate Items By Company option is selected on the Configure Product Definition Settings screen. |
| Description | Enter the description for the defect code. The valid values are the following:
