Contents of the Manage IWO Allocations Screen
Use the fields and options to configure the Manage IWO Allocations screen.
Identification
Field | Description |

IWO Number |
Use to retrieve the IWO number for your transfer. The field to the right displays the IWO description. |
Locations

Sending |
This non-editable field displays the location and name of the sending location. |
Receiving |
This non-editable field displays the location and name of the receiving location. |
Allocation

Creator |
This non-editable field displays the ID of the last user to save the transfer allocation. |
Date |
This non-editable field displays the last date of any modifications made to the allocation. |
Total IWO Transfer (Trans Curr) |
This non-editable field displays the total amount of IWO transfers from the sending company or to the receiving company. For sending companies, this field shows the IWO transfer amount in the sending company's functional currency. For receiving companies, this field shows the IWO transfer amount in the IWO currency. |
Total IWO Transfer (Receiver Func Curr) |
This non-editable field displays the total amount of IWO transfers to the receiving company in the receiving company's functional currency. This field may be blank when viewing transactions for the sending company, if the receiving company is an external transfer location. Note: This field is available only if you are licensed for Multicurrency.

IWO Currency |
This non-editable field displays the IWO currency (which is the sending project's billing currency as set up on the Manage Project Billing Information screen). |
Destination Sales Tax Code |
Enter, or click to select, the sales/VAT tax code for the receiving location of the IWO allocation. This field is required if sales/VAT tax is included in the IWO allocation. For an overview of setting up sales/VAT tax information in IWO billing and tax reports, see Include Sales/VAT Tax in IWO Billing and Tax Reporting. |
Recovery Percent | Enter the recovery percent associated with the sales/VAT tax code. If you enter a value greater than 0, the Recovery Suspense Account and Recovery Suspense Organization fields become required. |
Recovery Suspense Account | Enter, or click to select, the account that you want to use for the recoverable suspense for the sales/VAT tax code. |
Recovery Suspense Organization | Enter, or click to select, the organization that you want to use for the recoverable suspense for the sales/VAT tax code. |
Recalculate |
Click this button to recalculate the functional currency amounts when the rate group, rate date, and/or exchange rate were changed on the Exchange Rates subtask. Note: This button is disabled in the sending company for external IWO transfers. For internal transfers, this button is disabled if the IWO currency is the same as the sending and receiving companies' functional currencies.

Allocation Detail
This table identifies, by line, the following information about the IWO allocation. You can modify only the Account and Organization fields.

This non-editable field displays the line number. |
Project |
This field displays the receiving or destination project number. You can modify the destination project number, if necessary. The destination project number is assigned in the Project field in the table window of the Manage IWO Projects screen for the row with a transaction type of Destination Project. Use the Manage IWO Projects screen to make permanent modifications to the destination project. |
Account |
This field displays the receiving or destination account number. You can modify the destination account number if necessary. The destination account number is assigned in the Account field in the table window of the Manage IWO Projects screen for the row with a transaction type of Destination Project. Use the Manage IWO Projects screen to make permanent modifications to the destination account. |
Organization |
This field displays the receiving or destination organization number. You can modify the destination organization if necessary. The destination organization is assigned in the Organization field in the table window of the Manage IWO Projects screen for the row with a transaction type of Destination Project. Use the Manage IWO Projects screen to make permanent modifications to the destination organization. |
Sending Amount |
This non-editable column displays the total transaction amount in the sending company's functional currency. |
Transactional Receiving Amount |
This non-editable column displays the receiving transaction amount in IWO currency. |
Functional Receiving Amount |
This non-editable column displays the receiving transaction amount in the receiving company's functional currency. Note: This field is available only if you are licensed for Multicurrency.

This non-editable column displays the receiving total hours. |
Description |
This non-editable column displays the transaction description. |
Vendor ID |
This non-editable field displays the vendor ID of the original transaction. |
Vendor Name |
This non-editable field displays the vendor name of the original transaction. |
Update Billing |
This non-editable field displays the billing update flag. |
Voucher Number |
This non-editable field displays the voucher number of the original transaction. |
Vendor ID |
This non-editable field displays the vendor ID of the original transaction. |

This non-editable column displays the receiving reference one number. |

Subtasks
Subtask | Description |

Exchange Rates | Click this link to open the Exchange Rates subtask, where you can select a rate group, rate date, and/or exchange rate for the IWO transfer. |
Labor Detail | Click this link to open a subtask where you can review, by table line, labor data for the IWO allocation. The data includes General Labor Category (GLC), Project Labor Category (PLC), ID, ID Type, Name, Hours, and Amount. |
