Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Configure Weighted Average Overtime Settings

Use the Configure Weighted Average Overtime Settings screen to set up the timesheet cycle parameters that are used by the Apply Weighted Average Rates to Timesheets and the Create Retroactive Timesheet Adjustments utilities.

You must specify whether the weighted average is calculated and applied based on a timesheet period or a weighted average period.

You can flag weighted average periods as open or closed. If a period is closed, it is ineligible for weighted average processing.

You must also specify the basis for calculating and applying the weighted averages.

Note:

You must use this screen to assign weighted average rules to a timesheet cycle before running the Apply Weighted Average Rates to Timesheets utility for that timesheet cycle.
