Contents of the Manage Employee Salary Information Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.

Identification

Field Description
Employee

Enter, or click to select, the employee ID. The employee's name displays in the field to the right.

Status

This field displays the employee status. The status may be one of the following:

  • Active
  • Family Medical Leave
  • Inactive
  • Inactive Accruing Leave

This field is display only and it can be changed on the Manage Employee Information screen.

Clone Recent Record

Click this button to create a new record.

You must first click and enter the employee ID before you click the button.

The clone feature allows you to duplicate record information.
