Employees Subtask
Use the options in this group box to specify the employees for which the leave accruals will be computed. If you did not select the All Employees check box, you must enter at least one employee ID in the table.
Warning: If you compute leave after editing records on the Manage Leave Edit Table screen, you lose the edits for those employees for whom leave was computed. Costpoint always recomputes leave for the entire leave period, and the compute process updates the Leave Edit table.
Note: When you compute leave accruals by hours worked, the timesheets to be selected are delineated by leave period start and end dates. Costpoint selects timesheets that fall within the current leave period date range. Costpoint always selects timesheets within the date range regardless of the Leave Computed flag in the Manage Timesheets screen, and recomputes leave for the entire period.
