Use the fields and options to configure the Manage MRP Soft Allocations screen.

This screen allows users to inquire about supply and demand by viewing the soft allocation of specific end item demand across all orders and inventory types.
Users can inquire about a supply to see the demand requirement(s) it is allocated to (bottom-to-top view). Conversely, users can inquire about a demand requirement to see all supply allocated to it and any low-level requirements and their supply (top-to-bottom view)
The inquiry screen supports various order options, including Manufacturing Order, Purchase Order, Requisition, Transfer Reservation, Inventory, Planned Order Supply, Inventory Reservation, Sales Order, MO Requirement, Safety Stock, Sales Forecast, and Planned Order Demand.
The screen also displays information of the supply order as the first row if the Order Option selected is for a supply order type. If the supply order type is a purchase order or requisition and a Delivery Schedule exists, it sorts by schedule line. Underneath, it displays all demand requirements where the supply was allocated to, sorted sequentially.

| Order Option | Select an order type you want to inquire about. The options are:
Your choice in the Order Option field determines which additional fields you need to complete. |
| Manufacturing Order | If you selected Manufacturing Order, enter or use
 to select, the manufacturing order number ID.

| Purchase Order | If you selected Purchase Order, enter or use
to select, the purchase order number. Also, enter (or add) the line and release number.
|
| Requisition | If you selected Requisition, enter or use
to select, the requisition and line number.
|
| Transfer Reservation | If you selected Transfer Reservation, enter or use
to select, the transfer reservation number, line, and warehouse.

| Inventory | If you selected Inventory, enter or use
to select, the part, revision, and inventory abbreviation.

| Planned Order | If you selected Planned Order, enter or use
to select, the part, inventory abbreviation, revision, and due date.
|
| Inventory Reservation | If you selected Inventory Reservation, enter or use
to select, the reservation, warehouse, and line.
|
| Sales Order | If you selected Sales Order, enter or use
to select, the sales order, SO line, and component line.

| MO Requirement | If you selected MO Requirement, enter or use
to select, the MO ID and the requirement line.

| Safety Stock | If you selected Safety Stock, enter or use
to select, the part, revision, and project.
|
| Sales Forecast | If you selected Sales Forecast, enter or use
to select, the part, revision, inventory abbreviation, and forecast date
|
| Planned Order Demand | If you selected Planned Order Demand, enter or use
to select, the part, revision, inventory abbreviation, and due date.

MRP Soft Allocation Details
This group box displays the MRP soft allocation details.

| Level No | This field displays the maximum explosion level number. |
| Level | This field displays the level of explosion. |
| Type | This field displays the type of explosion. |
| Order/Reservation | This field displays the order/reservation ID. |
| Release | This field displays the release number. |
| Line | This field displays the line ID. |
| Component Line | This field displays the component line number. |
| Delivery Schedule | This field displays the delivery schedule. |
| Part ID | This field displays the part ID in inventory or scheduled receipt. |
| Rev | This field displays the revision of the part in inventory or scheduled receipt. |
| Part Security | This field displays the type of part security for the order. |
| Description | This field displays the order description. |
| U/M | This field displays the unit of measure of the order/reservation. |
| Make/Buy | This field displays the information of whether the order/reservation is a Make or Buy. |
| Substitute Part | This field is selected if the part is a substitute part. |
| Invt Abbrev | This field displays the inventory abbreviation of the part ID/revision in inventory or scheduled receipt. |
| Project | This field displays the project ID. |
| Order Qty/Reserved Qty | This field displays the order or reserved quantity for the order/reservation. |
| Allocated Qty | This field displays the allocated quantity for the order/reservation. |
| Rqmt Order ID | This field displays the requirement order ID. |
| Rqmt Release | This field displays the requirement release for the order/reservation. |
| Rqmt Line | This field displays the line number of the manufacturing order requirement. |
| Warehouse | This field displays the warehouse ID of the transfer reservation. |
| Status | This field displays the order status. |
| Planner | This field displays the name of the planner. |
| Due Date/Need Date | This field displays the due date/ need date of the planned order supply in scheduled receipt table. |
| Plnd Avail Date | This field displays the planned available date of the order. |
