PTO Pattern Subtask

Use this screen to change the PTO pattern for the budget/outlook.

This pattern works in conjunction with the Holiday Schedule by removing from calculation the available hours to work. Since direct, indirect, and non-labor costs are the basis of revenue, it is important to reflect PTO properly, based on holidays.

The pattern, per accounting calendar period, should be equal 100%. If PTO is spread evenly, you’ll get variances in reporting.

The following information displays in the PTO Pattern subtasks.

Column Headings Description
Fiscal Year This column displays the Fiscal Year.
Total This column displays the total PTO days.
Month This column displays the month were PTO was taken.
