  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import Pool Base Subtask

Use this subtask to select a pre-existing allocation group for use in project budgeting.

Allocation groups are created on the Manage Allocation Groups screen and are maintained on the Manage Cost Pools screen. Allocation groups contain a pool name, type and number, fiscal year, and default credit account and organization. You cannot use service centers and intermediate pools for import into Costpoint Advanced Project Budgeting. If you are using the same account/org combinations in budgeting as in your costs pools, this may be the most efficient way to set up cost pool bases for budgeting purposes.

Field Description
Allocation Group

Enter, or click to select, the allocation group to be imported for use in project budgeting.

Fiscal Year

Enter, or click to select, the fiscal year to include in the import process.

Pool

Enter, or click to select, the pool to be included in the import process.

Import

Click this button to import the selected allocation group for the selected fiscal periods and cost pools.
