  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Estimate To Complete GLC Hours

Use this screen to enter, revise, and report hours required to complete ongoing projects.

Additionally, you can update incurred hours on their ETCs with inception-to-date actual hours from the labor history. To use budgeted hours as Estimate-at-Completion values, update this screen with values entered on the Manage Project Total Budget screen. An in-depth step-by-step instruction guide is provided as part of the "Estimate to Complete" topic.

In this maintenance screen, you can enter and maintain the estimate to complete, the Latest Revised Estimate at Completion (LREAC), or the percent complete at the project/GLC level. By entering any one of these components, the other two components are automatically calculated. The following is a summarization of the calculation that the screen performs:

  • ETC = LREAC - Incurred
  • LREAC = Incurred + ETC
  • Pct Complete = Incurred/LREAC

Run the Update Incurred Cost for ETC screen before using this screen. If ETCs are based on budgeted hours, run the Compute Estimate to Complete screen. Then, as estimates for individual GLCs change, make modifications in this screen.
