Use this screen to impose a ceiling on the number of hours that are used in the calculation of revenue and billings, for each labor category for a project.

These ceilings are used in the calculation of any Loaded Labor Hours formulas. You cannot enter separate hours ceilings for revenue and billings.

Enter ceiling hours here at a labor category level ONLY. These ceilings are separate from any ceilings that are required at an Employee/Labor Category level or a Vendor/Labor Category level, and entry of ceilings at both levels could cause a conflict.

Use this screen to initially set up ceilings on hours that can be used in the calculation of billing and revenue. Complete this screen after you have set up the project on the Basic Info tab of the Manage Project User Flow and after you have set up the PLCs on the Manage Project Labor Categories (PLC) screen. Additional maintenance of the data on this screen is required only if modifications or additions must be made.
