Manage Project Line Item Budgets
Use this screen to enter the accounts and their amounts that are subject to over ceiling calculations when the Compute Over Budget Transactions screen is executed.
You can enter accounts for multiple budget revisions, but only the revision that has been designated as Current on the Manage Project Budget Line Item Revisions screen is used in the over ceiling calculation. This screen is used in connection with encumbrance tracking.
Set up this screen before you execute the Compute Over Budget Transactions screen. Maintenance is required whenever accounts or amounts need to be modified or when new revisions need to be entered.
