View Estimate To Complete
Use this screen and its subtasks to view information on Incurred, Estimate-to-Complete, and LREAC amounts, budgeted amounts, percent complete, and commitments for a selected project.
Use the subtasks to view the detail behind the summary line items in the table.
Before you can view current ETC information in this screen, you must first create the report tables from which the information is drawn, using the Create Estimate To Complete Report Tables process. In this main screen, you can click to select a specific project or organization with which you want to work. Note that you cannot modify data in this screen or its subtasks.
To review information on this screen, you must follow the same process used to produce the ETC Reports. Run the Update Incurred Cost for ETC process to ensure the incurred costs are current. Next, execute the Compute Estimate to Complete process to update the Manage Estimate to Complete Amounts screen. Modify the Estimate to Complete amounts on the Manage Estimate to Complete Amounts screen, if necessary.
