  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Employee Labor Summary Subtask

Use this subtask to view hours and amounts charged by employee to the selected project/organization.

The subperiod, period, and fiscal year shown are from the selected line on the main screen. You must create the Project Labor Summary Report table before viewing this subtask.

Selection Criteria

Field Description
Rate Type

This non-editable field displays the rate type from the main screen.

Fiscal Year

This non-editable field displays the fiscal year that you entered when you created the project report table.

Period

This non-editable field displays the period that you entered when you created the project report table.

Subperiod

This non-editable field displays the subperiod that you entered when you created the project report table.

Project

This non-editable field displays the project number. The project name displays in the field to the right.

Organization

This non-editable field displays either the owning or performing organization of the project, depending on the selection made in the main screen.

Table Window

The table window displays employee/vendor hours and amounts charged to the project/organization you selected on the main inquiry screen. Subperiod, period, YTD, and ITD hours and amounts are shown for each employee (and/or vendor). The PLC and GLC charged are also included. This information is displayed for the subperiod selected on the main inquiry screen. If you used the Vendor Labor subtask of the Manage Accounts Payable Vouchers screen or the Vendor Labor subtask of the Manage Purchase Order Vouchers screen to record vendor hours, they are reflected in these hours/amounts as well. For clients with weekly subperiods and weekly timesheets, each row of this table reflects charges to the selected project/organization at the timesheet level. Labor Suppression is in effect for this screen.

Field Description
Employee

This non-editable field displays the employee ID for this transaction.

Employee Name

This non-editable field displays the employee name.

GLC

This non-editable field displays the GLC that was charged on the employee's timesheet.

GLC Description

This non-editable field displays the description for the GLC in the GLC field.

PLC

This non-editable field displays the PLC that was charged on the employee's timesheet.

PLC Description

This non-editable field displays the description for the PLC in the PLC field.

Subperiod Amount

This non-editable field displays the subperiod amount for this employee.

Subperiod Hours

This non-editable field displays the subperiod hours for this employee.

Period Amount

This non-editable field displays the period amount for this employee.

Period Hours

This non-editable field displays the period hours for this employee.

YTD Amount

This non-editable field displays the amount on a year-to-date basis for this employee.

YTD Hours

This non-editable field displays the hours on a year-to-date basis for this employee.

ITD Amount

This non-editable field displays the amount on a inception-to-date basis for this employee.

ITD Hours

This non-editable field displays the hours on a inception-to-date basis for this employee.
