Profits Subtask

Use this subtask to review the profit amounts by project.

View Project Activity by Level

Field	Description
Rate Type	This non-editable field displays the rate type that was used to calculate the indirect costs for the project.
Fiscal Year	This non-editable field displays the fiscal year that you entered when you created the project report table.
Period	This non-editable field displays the period that you entered when you created the project report table.
Subperiod	This non-editable field displays the subperiod that you entered when you created the project report table.
Project	This non-editable field displays a project number for the project. The project name displays in the field to the right.
Organization	This non-editable field displays the owning or performing organization, depending on the selection made on the main screen.

Field	Description
Description	This non-editable field displays Profit for the profit amount in dollars or Profit Percent for the percentage of profit as compared to total revenue.
Subperiod	This non-editable field displays the profit amount or percentage for the subperiod.
Subperiod Budget	This non-editable field displays the budgeted profit amount or profit percentage for the subperiod.
Subperiod Variance	This non-editable field displays the actual to budget variance for profit amount or profit percent for the subperiod.
Period	This non-editable field displays the profit amount or percentage for the period.
Period Budget	This non-editable field displays the budgeted profit amount or profit percentage for the period.
Period Variance	This non-editable field displays the actual to budget variance for profit amount or profit percent for the period.
YTD	This non-editable field displays the profit amount or percentage on a year-to-date basis.
YTD Budget	This non-editable field displays the budgeted profit amount or profit percentage on a year-to-date basis.
YTD Variance	This non-editable field displays the actual to budget variance for profit amount or profit percent on a year-to-date basis.
ITD Budget	This non-editable field displays the budgeted profit amount or profit percentage on an inception-to-date basis.
ITD	This non-editable field displays the profit amount or percentage on an inception-to-date basis.
ITD Variance	This non-editable field displays the actual to budget variance for profit amount or profit percent on an inception-to-date basis.
Total Commitments	This non-editable field displays the total commitments for the project. Note: This field is visible only if you are licensed for Purchasing.
