  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

YTD Info Subtask

Use this subtask to view the year-to-date total contribution amount along with a table that divides the total contribution amount by contribution code.

The table can display multiple contribution code lines for employees whose earnings records reflect more than one contribution code. The information displayed depends upon the employee ID and the year of the selected paycheck date.

YTD Contributions

This non-editable field displays the year-to-date total contribution amount.

Table Window

Field Description
Contribution

This non-editable field displays the contribution code that was included in the calendar year of the given paycheck date. If more than one employee earnings record exists with the same contribution code, the contribution amount from those records is summarized here by contribution code.

Amount

This non-editable field displays the employee's year-to-date contribution amount relating to the code in the Contribution column. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the contribution code amount for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.
