  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

YTD Info Subtask

This non-editable subtask displays the year-to-date deduction amount along with a table that divides the total deduction amount by deduction code.

The table can display multiple deduction code lines for employees whose earnings records reflect more than one deduction code. The information displayed depends upon the employee ID and the year of the selected paycheck date.

This non-editable field displays the year-to-date deduction amount.

Deduction

This non-editable field displays the deduction code that was included in the calendar year of the given paycheck date. If more than one employee earnings record exists with the same deduction code, the deduction amount from those records is summarized by deduction code.

Deduction Amount

This non-editable field displays the employee's year-to-date deduction amount associated with the code in the Deduction column. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the deduction code amounts for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.

Arrears Amount

This non-editable field displays the employee's year-to-date arrears amount associated with the code in the Deduction column. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the arrears amounts for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.

Arrears Deduction

This non-editable field displays the arrears deduction code that was included in the calendar year of the given paycheck date. If more than one employee earnings record exists with the same arrears deduction code, the deduction amount from those records is summarized by deduction code.
