  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

YTD Garnishment Info Subtask

Use this subtask to view the year-to-date total garnishment amount along with a table that divides the total contribution amount by garnishment ID.

The table can display multiple garnishment ID lines for employees whose earnings records reflect more than one garnishment ID. The information displayed depends upon the employee ID and the year of the selected paycheck date.

Field Description
Employee ID

This field displays the employee code from the main screen.

Pay Cycle

This field displays the pay cycle from the main screen.

Pay Cycle End Date

This field displays the pay cycle end date from the main screen.

YTD Garnishment Amount

This non-editable field displays the year-to-date total garnishment amount.

YTD Garnishment

Field Description
Garnishment ID

This non-editable field displays the garnishment ID. If more than one employee earnings record exists with the same garnishment ID, the amount from those records is summarized here.

Garnishment Amount

This non-editable field displays the employee's year-to-date garnishment amount for the code in the Garnishment ID column. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the garnishment ID amount for the entire calendar year.
