Project Master
Use the screens in the Project Master application group to initiate a new project, add or update multiple projects, and enter and maintain information on project modifications, change orders, government contracts, and project deliverables.

Use these screens when you need to initialize a new project or when you need to change the data related to an existing project. - Mass Add Project Master Data
Use this screen to mass add or update multiple projects by replicating existing information across multiple records. - Manage Modifications
Use this screen to enter all modifications for signed and funded value, as well as period of performance. - Manage Change Orders
Use this screen to enter and maintain change orders. Change orders are additions or reductions to the original scope of work specified in the contract. You can use them to track revisions caused by modifications in the project's scope of work. - Manage User-Defined Information
Use this screen to enter data in the user-defined fields for a given project. The labels that appear for each type of user-defined field are first set up on the Manage User-Defined Labels screen. - Manage Government Contract Information
Use this screen to enter information specific to government contracts. - Manage Standard Text
Use this screen to assign standard text to print on the purchase orders of selected projects. Do not use this screen unless you are using either Costpoint Purchasing or Procurement Planning. - Manage Deliverables
Use this screen to enter project deliverables and to track dates for each deliverable. Use it to initially enter all known deliverables for a project. Thereafter, use it to update the due date, date delivered, date accepted, and notes. - Print Project Setup Report
The Project Setup Report is a one-page report that provides information on the initialization of a range of projects. - Print Project Master Report
Use this screen to print a series of reports that show the setup information for a project or a range of projects, including General Information, Charging Information, Revenue Setups, COGS Setups, and T&M Labor Category/Employee Information. - Print Project Exception Report
Use this screen to print a report that identifies either incomplete project information or project percentage limits that have been reached or surpassed. - New Project Setup from Templates
Use the screens under New Project Setup from Templates to create project templates, approve projects from templates, and import project data from templates.
