User Interface Tab
Use this tab to specify settings for screen configuration changes.
You can personalize your Costpoint screen configuration by clicking
from the menu bar, or by using to display the screen configurations panel.User Interface Settings
Use this group box to set access rights for this user to screen configurations on his or her workstation.

Allow Saving of Personal Screen Configurations |
Select this check box to allow this user to personalize and save screen configurations. |
Allow Screen Configuration Changes for UI Profiles |
Select this check box to allow this user to select and use UI profiles to personalize screen configurations. |
Allow to Enter Navigation | Select this check box to give this user the option to select application group headers for navigation banners in My Menu on the Configure User Preferences screen. Users must have security access to applications to see the application names and links in My Menu and the navigation banner. |
Enable Autocomplete |
Select this check box to enable the autocomplete feature for fields that have options. Whenever you enter a value (for example, user ID, buyer name, vendor address) in a field, autocomplete displays suggested values that you can select and use for that field. For example, when you enter 'AI' in a User ID field, autocomplete displays a list of user IDs that start with 'AI'. You can then select one of those suggested values for the User ID field. |
Use Auto Position mode |
Use this drop-down list box to allow this user to switch on/off Auto Position mode. |
Default Application ID |
Enter, or click to select, the ID of the application that will automatically launch when the user logs in to Costpoint. |
Application Name |
Click to select the name of the application that will automatically launch when the user logs in to Costpoint. If you selected an application in the Default Application ID field, this field displays the associated application name. |
