Contents of the Archive Audit Information Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Archive Audit Information screen.

Field Description
Archive Floor Check Audit Information

This checkbox is selected by default. Leave it selected if you want to archive audit information related to floor check.

Archive Leave Request Audit Information

This checkbox is selected by default. Leave it selected if you want to archive audit information related to leave requests.

Archive Timesheet Correction Audit Information This checkbox is selected by default. Leave it selected if you want to archive audit information related to timesheet corrections.
Archive Dela Timesheet Approvals Audit Information

This checkbox is selected by default. Leave it selected if you want to archive audit information related to Dela Timesheet Approvals.

Older Than Use the drop-down to establish which records should be archived based on their time stamp.
For example, if you select 12 months (also the default value), records with a time stamp greater than 12 months from the current date will be archived.
Note: The available range is 1 -12 months.
