Contents of the Archive Audit Information Screen
Use the fields and options to configure the Archive Audit Information screen.
General

| Archive Floor Check Audit Information |
This checkbox is selected by default. Leave it selected if you want to archive audit information related to floor check. |
| Archive Leave Request Audit Information |
This checkbox is selected by default. Leave it selected if you want to archive audit information related to leave requests. |
| Archive Timesheet Correction Audit Information | This checkbox is selected by default. Leave it selected if you want to archive audit information related to timesheet corrections. |
| Archive Dela Timesheet Approvals Audit Information |
This checkbox is selected by default. Leave it selected if you want to archive audit information related to Dela Timesheet Approvals. |
| Older Than | Use the drop-down to establish which records should be archived based on their time stamp. |
| For example, if you select 12 months (also the default value), records with a time stamp greater than 12 months from the current date will be archived. | |

Note: The available range is 1 -12 months.
