Contents of the Audit-Timesheet Automated Approvals Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Audit-Timesheet Automated Approvals screen.

Criteria

Field Description
Date Range

Use the Start Date and End Date fields to set the reporting period.

Function

This Lookup displays the different functional roles available to the logged in user, such as supervisor or backup supervisor. Choose the functional role that you want to use when running the report.

Filters

Field Description
Mode Use this option to filter results based on the following modes:
  • Enforce: Choose this to filter for timesheet classes where Mode is set to Enforce on the Dela tab of Configuration Settings.
  • Recommended: Choose this to filter for timesheet classes where Mode is set to Recommended on the Dela tab of Configuration Settings.
Action Use this option to further refine results based on the following:
  • None: Choose this to display results, regardless of status.
  • Approved: Choose this to display timesheets that were approved.
  • Not Approved: Choose this to display timesheets that were not approved.
  • Recommended: Choose this to display timesheets that were recommended for approval.
  • Not Recommended: Choose this to display timesheets were not recommended for approval.
  • Skipped: Choose this to display timesheets that were skipped.
Resource ID Use this field to enter a specific ID, where the report only returns values for the resource.
