Enter the application screens that contain the entity that is the object of approval. You can enter multiple screens on this subtask, but only one can be the start screen (that is, the screen where users can initiate the execution of the workflow). When you assign multiple screens to a single workflow, you can associate the workflow activities to these screens. The application screens, however, can only be the topmost or a second level result set in the application tree.

Field	Description
Application	Enter, or click to select, the application ID to which this approval workflow model will apply. After you enter or select an application ID, the application name displays in the adjacent field.
Result Set (Screen)	Enter, or click to select, the identification code of the result set (screen) that contains the entity for approval. After you enter or select a result set code, the result set name displays in the adjacent field.
	The result set must be a first- or second-level result set if it is not the workflow start screen.
Workflow Start Screen	Select this check box to designate this screen as the start screen for the approval workflow model.
Lock Actions and Subtasks	Select this check box to lock all actions and subtasks on the approval screen for the duration of the approval workflow case.
Include File Attachments in Email Notifications	Select this check box to attach Contract Management Integration documents to the record under approval in all notification email messages.
