Budget Subtasks

- of a fixed fee or percentage amount, you can enter a Multiplier or a Profit Amt for each row on the Direct, Labor, or Units subtasks to compute profit.
- Use the Units subtask to enter material prices and quantity information.
- Use the Labor subtask to enter labor costs. These can be detailed at the employee level including rate times hours plus burden and profits.
- Use the Direct subtask to enter Other Direct Charges (ODCs) or subcontractor costs. Tag a row as a direct or subcontractor charge.
Note: The Configure Project Budget Settings screen affects all project budgets. Access to this screen should be carefully controlled.
