Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Enable Auto-Generate Employee IDs for a Single Costpoint Company

Use this procedure if you only have one company in your Costpoint database or you have multiple companies in your Costpoint database and you would like all of the companies to be able to auto-generate Employee IDs.

To enable auto-generate employee IDs:

  1. Log on to Costpoint Company 1.
  2. Open the Configure Labor Settings screen and click the Corporate Labor Settings subtask.
  3. Select the Auto-Generate Employee IDs for All Companies check box in the Employee ID group box.
  4. Save the Configure Labor Settings screen setup.
