  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Field Description
Code (Line 1 - 5) Enter the previously reported box 14 code for line 1 - 5. If a new box 14 code will added, leave this code as blank because it does not exist in the previously reported box 14 codes and populate its corresponding amount with 0.00.
Amount (Line 1 - 5)

Enter the previously reported box 14 amount for line 1 - 5. If a new box 14 code will added, leave the corresponding code as blank because it does not exist in the previously reported box 14 codes and populate this amount with 0.00.
