Set Up Company Documentation for Ask Dela
Configure URLs to your organization's documentation to enable Ask Dela to access and use the content within these documents when responding to related inquiries. Supported file formats are PDF, DOC, DOCX, and HTML.
To add custom documentation to Ask Dela:

Enter the URL location in Costpoint:
- Open Configure System Settings ().
- On the Dela tab in Corporate Settings, click Dela Help Content Links to open the subtask.
- Click New and enter a URL, title, and company.

Optionally, restrict document access to specific users or user groups in the Assigned User / User Group subtask:
- Select a record in the Dela Help Content Links subtask.
- Click Assigned User / User Groups.
- Click New and enter or select the user or user group and the company who can access the document.
- Click Save.

Process and enable the URLs:
- Open the Rebuild Ask Dela Documentation Links application ().
- Enter a parameter ID and description, or click Query to select a saved parameter.
- In the Company field, select the company to process links for.
- In the Actions menu, click Rebuild Ask Dela Documentation Links.
