  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

ITD Revenue Adjustments Subtask

Use this subtask of the Revenue Info subtask to view or update the prior and/or current year revenue adjustment amounts in the audit tables for the project specified on the Manage Project Revenue Calculation Value History screen.

This subtask is populated with information generated by the Compute Revenue process if you have run Compute Revenue for this project.

Field Description
Revenue Calc Fiscal Year

This field displays the Revenue Calc Fiscal Year from the main screen.

Revenue Calc Period

This field displays the Revenue Calc Period from the main screen.

Revenue Calc Subperiod

This field displays the Revenue Calc Subperiod from the main screen.

Current Year Revenue Adjustment Amount

This field displays the current year's year-to-date (YTD) revenue adjustment amount as of the calculation fiscal year/period/subperiod. All amounts up to and including the subperiod for which revenue is being computed are summed to arrive at the YTD revenue adjustment. 

You can modify this field. A positive amount increases the calculated revenue amount, and a negative amount decreases the calculated revenue amount.

PY Revenue Adjustment Amount

This field displays the prior year revenue adjustment amount. All revenue adjustment amounts that apply to any periods in prior fiscal years (prior to the calculation fiscal year of the record) are summed to arrive at the prior year's revenue adjustment.  

You can modify this field. A positive amount increases the calculated revenue amount, and a negative amount decreases the calculated revenue amount.

Current Year Award Fee Adjustment Amount

This field displays the current year award fee adjustment amount. The award fee adjustment amount is a YTD adjustment.

You can modify this field. You can enter a positive amount to increase the award fee or a negative amount to decrease the award fee that has been recognized. You must use this column to adjust any award fees that were recognized in the current year. Amounts entered in this field are not subject to ceilings.

PY Award Fee Adjustment Amount

This field displays the prior year award fee adjustment amount. This award fee adjustment amount is the sum of any award fee adjustment amounts that apply to periods in any prior fiscal year (that is, prior to the calculation fiscal year of the record being edited).

You can modify this field. You can enter a positive amount to increase the award fee or a negative amount to decrease the award fee that has been recognized. You must use this column to adjust any award fees that were recognized in a prior year. Amounts entered in this field are not subject to ceilings.
