  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Prj Levels Subtask

Use this subtask to enter the levels, level segment lengths, and level descriptions of each project.

You cannot enter levels other than the top level on the Basic Info tab until they have been designated in this table.

This subtask is required only if the project levels, lengths, or level descriptions differ from the default setup in the Project Segment Lengths table window on the Configure Project Settings screen.

The setup in the Project Segment Lengths table window on the Configure Project Settings screen is the default for this screen. You can edit this table only when the project entered is at the top-level.

Field Description
Level

This field automatically displays the level number of each segment as you add information to the table. Since the overall length of the project is 30 characters, a maximum of 15 segments, or levels, is possible, including delimiters. For top-level projects, this information is required to establish the project structure.

Length

This column displays the user-specified length of each segment, or level, in the project. Note that the length of the first segment, or top level, must correspond to the length for the level 1 segment in the Project Segment Lengths table window on the Configure Project Settings screen. In other words, the length of the top level must be the same for all projects; only the lower levels can have varying segment lengths.

Level Description

This editable column displays the description of each level, and is used during report generation to display the name of the level selected for reporting. For each level established, this is a required field.

Click this button to load the default project structure from the Configure Project Settings screen.
