Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Modifications Tab

If you use roles, use this tab to specify the role a user must have to enter data on the Modifications tab of the Manage Project Master Data from Templates screen for this template ID.

If you leave the role blank, any user can enter the billing format.

If you use quick project templates on the Manage Project Master Data from Templates screen, complete the setup on this tab before you enter a project on the Manage Project Master Data from Templates screen or the Create Projects from Templates screen.

Set up roles on the Manage Workflow Roles screen.

Modification Information Role

If you use roles, enter, or click to select, the role that a user must have to enter data on the Modifications tab of the Manage Project Master Data from Templates screen for this template ID.

If you leave the Modification Information Role field blank, any user can enter modifications.
